Welcome to Atom Agent. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Atom Agent platform, website (atomagent.io), and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by authenticating through a supported third-party provider (such as GitHub or Microsoft). You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Atom Agent provides an AI-powered coding agent that connects to your project management tools and code repositories to automate software development tasks. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use the Service to generate malicious, harmful, or illegal code; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; share your account access with unauthorized third parties; or use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
You retain all ownership rights to your code, repositories, and data. By using the Service, you grant Atom Agent a limited, non-exclusive license to access your code and project data solely for the purpose of performing the tasks you request. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the code you own or the output generated by the Service on your behalf. Code is processed transiently during task execution and is not stored after completion.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, and Trello. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions and authorization to connect your third-party accounts. Atom Agent is not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of any third-party service.
Atom Agent offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as indicated at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. If you cancel a paid plan, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atom Agent and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service generates code using artificial intelligence, and while we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that generated code will be error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all code before deploying it to production environments.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
